Error in switching from dark to light in GT3

Well guys, I just started into the wonderful world or skins. I love just about all the skins i try. My favorite so far is GT3. I like it quite a bit but one problem i keep having is trying to swtich to the light mode. I click on the button that does the transformation in the upper left-hand corner of a screen and i get an error saying
'WbRemote.exe- unable to locate component.---The application failed to start because rtl60.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem'

Well I have re-installed windowblinds and GT3. I deleted GT3 and redownloaded to make sure it wasn't a corrupt file. So far I have had no luck. Am i missing anything obvious? I have basic stuff an amd 1800+ 192 ram Nvidia Geforce2 GTS. TIA

Bump. No one has a clue what to do? I use other skins until I find a fix for this. I hope someone can help!

I know it has been a while here but I have the solution as messey as it is. It helps alot if you use GT3. The WbRemote.exe uses delphi and if you dont have delphi you will get this error. All I did was find the component it wanted and put it in the folder.
the file you want is rtl60.bpl. I dont know a good place to download it properly.

You can copy this File to the GT3 Folder or to the "Windows\system32\" Folder (It's working in both).
