Windows Transparency program

hi there i was wondering if somebody can recomment a windows transparency program ( you know to make your desktop windows transparent).
I looking for one the once you set it up it will make all the windows you open transparent. with this i meant there several programs out there to make windows transparent but one at the time only.
are we able to do this with WB?

Not with WindowBlinds, no. But with WindowFX, also from Stardock. https://www.stardock.com/products/windowfx/
