Some notes

I have the game for a while now, and although I am not very good at it I still like it a lot.

Some general observations on it.
It is difficult to explain but I feel like the main map (where the game is played) feels a bit too much zoomed in but at the same time the ships feel like they are zoomed out too much. I don't know if I make myself clear. :notsure: Perhaps the "problem" is mainly with the ships ? They feel too "short" in length and all of them too similar (in looks). It is not a game stopper or anything, but, I just felt like saying this to see if I am alone on this one. Now I know that none at stardock is going to say RIGHT, WE are going to change the graphics for Wdll!!!, but, any chance of doing so in a sequel? Some changes to make the ships larger on screen but also easier to identify just by the look of them?

The other thing has to do with a game that I played after many years yesterday. It is called Imperium for the Atari ST. I found it fascinating after all these years of how it doesn't feel too old game (1991). Perhaps Stardock could take a look at it in case they see something they like there. Also I found very funny that the (after you install windowblinds with a theme that supports it)option that you get in windows with windowblinds for scrolling up the window to its bar on the top (for example in the galciv theme the second arrow from the left), it was in that game at the time! I wonder if Stardock had anything to do with that game! ;)

There are many mods you can try to change the default ships. The game has a long history Frogboy developed Galactic Civization many years ago for OS/2.

I know that Gal Civ has a long history, that is irrelevant with what I said :-p

As for OS/2, it is old but not that old :-)
