Modifying skins in skinstudio

I've downloaded some skins and the titlebar buttons are on the left instead of the right, is there any easy way to switch them around so that they're on the right instead and whatever was on the right will be on the left?

Open the skin in skinstudio (sks)

In the left tree at the top is WINDOW BORDERS/ titlebar buttons- freeform.
Highlight any button you wish to move. In the right tree you will see Alignment.
under alignment are 2 settings. Button alignment and button offset.

Buttons on the right side of the skin will have the setting of relative to the right side and buttons on the left side of the skin will have relative to the left side.
You need to swap that setting on all the buttons you want to move. Align to right becomes align to left and vice versa.
Then you need to adjust the Button offset as necessary to align the buttons as you would like. one setting will move the buttons up and down on the titlebar and the other will move it left to right on the titlebar. You can manually move the buttons in the preview window in sks but you may have trouble getting them exact.
Assuming the skin is pretty standard that is the only setting you need to use to move titlebar buttons around. If there are buttons you do not want then you can just delete them from the skin.
save and apply as needed to see the changes you make and how the buttons align.
