What Are Your Constants In Life?

What I mean is what is there in your life where you know you can trust in it like you can the sun coming up tomorrow morning. Mine are, of course, death, taxes, that any empty bottles will be picked up by some native people within one hour of my throwing it out into the alley. What's yours?

I have a constant ringing in my ears. Wherever I am, whatever I'm doing, if I listen I can here the high-pitched whine that's always there. Does that count?
