How do you create a star syatem, with planets(inhabitable pref.),me thinks that the death star decice is involved, as it wipes out the alien scum very efficently, so maybe it can make something else ??

Any help will gratefully recieved, as this will forward the KAAL(Kill All Aliens League), not that it makes you a bad person....

I don't think there is currently any way to create a star system during the game. The map is generated when you start based on your initial settings.
