DX systray grows wrong way

This should be simple: lock the DX systray in the bottom right corner and it grows to the left, but that's not what's happening. There used to be a way to do that in some old version long, long, ago. How do I do it now?

...well, go to properties>summary and choose "right" align. Easy, huh? Why don't you try to figure it out first, before you waste everybody's time
