Where are the progressives?

I just got the game. Both the manual and the pdf manual list the progressives as a selectible political parties but I don't see them anywhere on the menu. What happened? Why am I not seeing them? Ralph Nader wants to be an intergalactic hellraiser too!

The progressives were taken out a long time ago, they may not have even made it through the beta, the manual does need corrections.
