WinCustomize: Photo Albums

New Subscriber feature

http://frogboy.wincustomize.com/photos.aspx

A new feature for WinCustomize subscribers is now available - photo albums.  This new feature enables users who have WinCustomize subscriptions to easily upload up to 20 megabytes of images through a built in Explorer-like interface (for being able to upload dozens of pictures at a time) that become part of their photo album.

You can see an example of these photo albums through my personal page linked below.  As some of you know, WinCustomize costs tens of thousands of dollars each month to keep running.  With nearly 4 million unique visitors and many TERRAbits of bandwidth being used each month, we need every subscriber we can get.  To become a subscriber (or renew) go here: https://www.wincustomize.com/store/index.aspx

Nice feature, Brad.

Pictures are nice too, I like the look of the new building and your new house - very stylish.

Best wishes.

I want to see pictures of your basement. I read about it years ago it seems.

Great pictures Brad...I especially like the "Meet the Parent" article you wrote, well done!

Thank you for the added feature, very much appreciated!

I'd still like to know where you upload the pictures from?

From my hard disk.  Unless you're talking about on the page.  You just press the add photos.  It DOES require Internet Explorer presently to work because it uses an ActiveX control (the company who made the control is working on a Java version but it's not done yet and we didn't want to wait longer).

From my hard disk.

I'm not that stupid

I don't see an 'add photos' button anywhere. Even in IE. I could be looking in the wrong places though and I just discovered I hadn't put my subscription registration details in SC. It could be associated with that? I've just added them so I'll try again later.

..same here. Using IE; no add photos anywhere, from 'my skins' page, to 'stats' page to even my account page hehe.. No big deal.. I can wait.

That's what mine looks like too.

Really appreciate the personal Photo Album....But here's a thought...How about getting the rest of the site working before adding something else thats not working...Ya think? It's to the point that even if the photo thing did work, I can't get the site to load long enough (if at all) to see anything let alone add a photo.

They are not embarrasing at all. I can centainly think of other situations truly embarrasing, but that is not your case. In fact, you have a beautiful family, nice house and workplace.

I'd have to agree with JourneyMan APB actually. Especially the new workplace. Very impressive looking.

I'm not sure if that was intentional though. I don't think the pictures blow

Super Wizop Fuzzy Logic - Wow! Some nice shots in there!

The 'tabs' are in place....it'll be just a little longer before the function is implemented....
The only tab in place is the "Photo Album" tab which after clicking on it does nothing. This article was a bit premature since the only thing I see is just a new tab...and I gotta say...what a nice tab it is! And it seems as though it has been implemented, but not for subscribers.

We're working on it as we speak! Sorry for the inconvenience, guys & gals! We'll have that feature available in no time.*
