I finally finished a game, and I can't upload to metaverse

I finished my game, i'm connected to the internet, i get the video, the summary, then the upload screen, but it doesn't do anything, i select my name, (which is kind of greyed out, if that's significant) and email address and but it can't seem to upload, it just sits there until i give up (+2mins) and click no thanks, whereupon i (sometimes) get this message

send test status 1
error status 0

galciv usually crashes about now...

Until then, I'll forego the upload. It's too much of a hassle and I don't feel anyone at Stardock has enough incentive to fix it

Well, before fixing something, you need to know why it doesn't work. What is more problematic is the fact that you seem the only one that is experiencing this problem. Maybe there is something on your side that prevent score upload.

Are you behind a firewall? Are you uploading allways your games from the same computer? Have you the tools to see if data are sent, or if something have blocked the sending?
