2 annoying bugs for gal civ latest verison

Did this happen to anyone, I had my cultural victory number at 98% for at least 8 turns, and there was no message saying I won thru cultural , even when I had it at 92 for 12 turns nothing. Also none of the characters I have posted on the metaverse are getting any scores from the games I've played.

The 98% does not mean you have 98% of the Galaxy, it means you have 98% of what is neaded to win.

You need it to say 100% if it says 100% for cultral victory that means you have enough of the galaxy to win, if the number is any lower you don't. The number is not telling you the percentage of the Galaxy you have.

Another way of putting it is when you saw that you had 98% cultural victory, you had 98% of the 90% of the galaxy required to win. You only controlled 88% of the galaxy at the time--not enough to win. Hope that helps.
