Who uses VoIP?

I keep hearing more and more about VoIP. It really seems to be coming into its own these days. I cancelled my land-line a couple years ago (local $p81nt
service was the worst I've ever had.) I have Time Warner RR for my ISP, and with my current set-up I actually save a few dollars a month over having a land-line, cell phone, and DSL.
The kids are getting older, which naturally leads to more time spent on the cell meant for limited use. Meaning I've had $30-$40 of overage charges on my cell bill the last couple months.
The end point(s) of all this is:
1. How many of you use VoIP?
2. What kind of set-up do you have?
3. Would you recommend it to others? (and why or why not)
