PC Magazine has reviewed Multiplicity 1.0. Their Conclusion: "If your desk is holding up more than one PC, you need this product."

Multiplicity lets users take multiple computers in their office and control them all from a single keyboard and mouse. It then provides a universal clipboard between the machines so that users can treat them all as a single unit. Stardock also makes Multiplicity Pro which adds the ability to copy files and folders back and forth between machines seamlessly.

I'm curious: the article says the MAc and Linux versions are under developement. Will you then be able to link a PC, Mac and Linux together with Multiplicity?

There is still some work to do though. Wrote about it in the newsgroups.

- Copy & paste doesn't work here
- Changing screens from the top and bottom is urgently needed
- I would love to have definable hotspots to change screens, maybe via a dx-plugin or something.

c242: Make sure you have Multplicity loaded on the client machine too. That is, the actual program, not just the service. It is what handles copy/paste.

Hmm, I think it is running when it is permanently in the tray, right ?
