Future/Multiplayer Plans

Does anyone know if there are plans to allow for a LAN/Internet multiplayer feature in the future, say, with a GalCiv2 (if such is produced...)? Or, some future 'superpatch' of GalCiv1..?

Yes, no, maybe?

Great game as it stands, but - a good multiplay feature would place it among the all time classics...

Theres absolutly no chance for it in Galciv 1. Frogboy said they are still considering it for 2 but haven't decided yet, but won't do it if it hurts the single player game.
