Alternate source to download patches?

For some reason, Stardock Central wont install correctly on my machine (XML data error). Does anyone know of a site which hosts the patch? Most seem to just offer a link back to Stardock, which isn't doing much for me.

I don't think Stardock wants it's patches available anywhere other than Stardock Central or the Galactic Civilizations site. So probably not.

If such is the case, they had better address this issue, as it has been mentioned on these forums serveral times.
