Need Help With It All

What I need to know is why my computer keeps rebooting after i install bootskin. I am using trial version but i see no need in sinking any money in it if it doesnt work properly. Also started having sam problem after a couple of reboots with WBlinds installed? Help!!!

Also having problem with icon packager. can't get donloads to show up in icon packager. title is there but no package.
