Got my first CTD with GalCiv, where is the error log at so I can send it?

I was playing the Altarian Prophecy beta and I got a crash to desktop. It happened when I clicked on the Minor Races button and I hadn't found any minor races yet.

I wanted to send an error log but I don't where or even if it game one. Anybody know?

I think you get an error log by installing SmartException from free stuff in Stardock Central, have it run while you play the game, then if the game crashes it makes an error log.
