Bugs or Not?

I have noticed a few bugs in GalCiv from v1.11 through v1.13, or at least I think they are bugs. Since no one else seems to report them it might be a install problem.

1. Battleships and above are invisible (no graphic)sometimes, but not every time I play.

2. Most of the time the good and evil themes don't work, but sometimes they do. Specifically the ship info box in the lower right is corrupted.

Has anyone else seen these problems or is it just me?

Ona related note a feature I would really like to see added to Stardock Centeral is a verfiy install button. More then once a program has been corrupted by a crash or other users. It would be really nice if I could just click a button and make sure that what is on the local machine is what Stardock intended to be there.

This is an old well-known bug, which Stardock has more or less said would take too much effort to fix because of where it is in the code. Saving and reloading will make them visible again.

I used to have a problem when the UI turned good pre-1.11 but everything seems fine now.
