Is there a encyopedia in GalCiv that tellls you what's what? Like the Civilopedia in Civ3. :p

They will probably be writing one (if they havn't already) by the time it goes into a beta or at least sometime before the Final.

There are still a lot of tweaks to be made in the interface, and the advisors aren't really active yet, so don't worry about in game help.

And as for encyclopedia... there is the first button in the row just above this message. :D

By the beta I hope to have some basic documentation ready. But we won't be including a technology tree list with the game.

I hope you don't mean that there NEVER will be a technology tree list. I can live without it for quite some time but, I would think that it would be an essential piece of information for a final product.
