What is implied in the common phrase “Don‘t hold your breath”?

Maybe it means, “Don’t put your life on hold until something that you want to happen occurs.

That something may be extremely unlikely, but in any case, that’s a future event.

Now is where you are.

Ok, if Sam and Alex should work this out by themselves then they shouldn't have told any of us anything. At least in my opinion. But yeah, I've been pretty good at saying out of it for awhile. Notice how i really haven't said anything. Oh Sam, I had no idea you were going to sit by him. If I would've known then I would've moved. But people like to take my seat at lunch sometimes, so I just go to the other side of the table.

Oh the Satan thing you can blame brandon. lol. It's just a harmless joke.
