cant find the expanded universe download

i cant find where to download the expanded universe. on the stardock homepage it says to "use this link to download" but there is no link posted.

You'll have to download Stardock Central first. It's not a very big download in the least; no more than a meg. I don't quite remember. Anyway, Brad said that the non-Stardock Central expansion pack will be released next week, but I'm having my doubts about that.
