GalCiv german version via translation files?

Hello,

I have the english version but i want to play the german one.

I read that you will making available the german translation files on the day of the release.
On some webpages i read that the german version is now available.

So i want to know if i can get the german translation files soon via this page or if i have to buy the german version.

When is it possible to get the german translation-files for GalCiv via galciv.com?

You will have to bring that up with Strategy First, as they are handling the translation.
