Help Me PLEASE!

I revently got the dowload only version of Galactic Civilizations and now when I try to download it (and I have 3 or 4 times now) the download gets to approximately 63% and then the download terminates like it had finished but when I got to open the zip file it says that it is an invalid file and this is highly frustrating to me. I didn't put out $40 to get a non-functioning game. If anyone can give me ay help please offer your advice. (I emailed Stardock Tech support but I have gotte nothing from there.)

It's a SUNDAY. Wait till the week and I'm sure technical report will get back to you.

Not sure what could be causing your problem. It's nothing silly like lack of disk space or vonnection timeout I assume.

Stardock is really helpful, but I think "officially" Strategy First is supposed to handle tech support. So you might try emailing them, on Monday of course.
