skinstudio, help

hi,

does anyone know how to edit extra stuff in skinstudio.
i mean xp corona ( one of the skins that already comes with windowblinds ) has a blue part going down the left that isnt on the template that we use to make our own windows skin.
and how do we change the dialogue box colour.

can anyone please explain, thx
