Can't Download Patch

I'm trying to update my CD installed version to 1.05. I've tried to download from the www.galciv.com website directly. After I enter my registered email and CD key, and try to download the patch, it directs me to a '404 Page not found'. I've also tried to download via stardock central, and it downloads up to 3% and then just stops. Has anyone encountered these problems?
