How do i upgrade to Drengin from GalCiv so i only pay 30$

I have GalCiv and would like the expansion and then there is the Corprate Machine that could be fun to, and ive read in a post that you could get Drengin for 30$ when you already had GalCiv.
If this is true then how do i get it, when i go to buy it of stardock it says 69.95$ even when i log in as a returning customer???

Someone plz help me out here

Click the purchase tab on the top left of your screen. You should see an option to upgrade to the Drengin network for 30 bucks.
