REALLY slow downloads via Stardock Central...

I just installed Stardock Central 1.04.185 build 18. When I try to install any products (including GalCiv), it takes *forever* to download anything. I have a DSL line, and routinely download at 100KB/sec; with Stardock Central, it's more like 1 KB/sec.

Component Manager (and all my other internet stuff) works fine; why is SD Central so @##$$% slow?

It's not stardock central, I download stuff from it at decent speed.
