What is Wrong?

For the last 2 days, whenever I try to download anything (from wallpapers to skins) I get the following error message. "Unhandled Error: Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int. The statement has been terminated" Has anyone else received this message? I have unloaded and reloaded window blinds. I don't know what else to do. HELP
