rainlander "to do notes"

is there a program out there that just has the "to do notes" without the rainlander? Thanks

One of the core widgets, "ToDo" by mormegil may fit your needs. It can be found here: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=34&SkinID=214 I hope this helps.

Nope, I saw that but what I'm looking for is like "sticky notes" or "quicknotes" but free and skinnable.
