Widget stays inaccesible_little help ?

I have DX2 and activeDesktop disabled (followed the advice from stardockSite). When I run widget it stays on a desktop but i cant acces it with mouse or anything

Are there any settings in OS which are needed to be setuped to run widget appropriatelly? Or amI something missing (OS XPSP2)?

all of the widgets coming with dx. for example NoteIt - when i run it, it stays on a desktop (the icon of sheets) but clicking the mouse on it does nothing. Im not able to move it, select it, nothing, seems like it stays invisible for the mouse.

I finally solve the problem though i dont understand the thing - everything works fine in other system accounts then in the implicit administrator which im using. Maybe this thing can be useful to other people. Do somebody know why is that ?
