How do i turn off Sysmetrix?

How do i prevent sysmetrix to turn on whenever i rebot without uninstalling it?

Also is there a icon package for neOS or Cyrix? If so where can i find it?

ChasUGC- I have that icon package but i i think i put it wrong in this post, i download the 3fx package for his DA account but it didn't work. I am using the icon package you told me.
