Didn't someone before said that 'reason' was a human concept? doesn't anyone maybe think the same thing about start and end? isn't that a human concept also? in that we seem to franction time into sections creating start and end points. If we have infinity, then start and finish is a human concept.

Too bad we don't know what the Question to the universe is. The earth was destroyed just before it finished calculating the Question.

Life is just a game. Proof:

We get to be born ( game begins, but don't really start for few more years ).

We play around, learning all the game is about. We learn facts and gain experience to be ready for the game.

We begins the game by trying to make as much progress in lives as possible.

We die, knowing the final score. Afterlife may be nothing but specters watching and commenting on the game. Or you could make bets and dares and re-enter the game.

Ah the posts from really early AM is always unusual.

Your destiny has already been set by the laws of nature. I don't belive in Adam or Eve...our bodys are just chemical compounds and react to our enviroment. Or maybe were just pawns in God's sick little game. Either way I don't like to think about it.

If life is a game...i'm losing badly.

The meaning of life is what Eve was searching for in the knowledge promised by the snake. Because Eve wasn't a God, she could never understand the meaning of life. All Eve did was show the arrogance of Man in trying to understand something that only God could understand. And Eve brought suffering to all women and men as a punishment for her arrogant disobedience. And still we pursue the arrogant disobedience instead of following the laws of God. What is the punishment..long suffering and death. Why not just follow the laws of God instead of trying to be a God? Maybe this way we could make amends.(just my opinion)

Still carefully formulating my answer to the question of "the meaning of life", as well....
but, the Eve thing has got me riled, ChasUGC. The word says that Eve was deceived, but Adam sinned with full knowledge. So with whom does the greater fault lie?
