I make a download folder to download everything to, then I figure out how to install from there. Some skins will install automatically if you right click and open them.

Try to be specific. There are many "skins" for many programs.

Here's a tip...... in each library, near the top of the page, you'll find the info you need to use the skins/themes in that library.
