If I understand the question correctly, there is no real way to compare them together because it's like comparing apples to oranges. They all do something completely different.

In order to actually be able to apply a premium suite, you need the programs to run it. I would recommend you look into buying Object Desktop which will allow you to fully customize the look of your PC https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/. BTW, this includes both WindowBlinds and DesktopX, and it also lifts the 50MB download cap here at Wincustomize.
