Why can't I download anything?

When I try do download WB's I get this error on all I've tried:
"An error has occurred while processing the page."
It does it with NS7.2, EI & Firefox and with my other PC.
Any Ideas?

I'm seeing the same thing, both when trying to download or view comments. Although the comments on _some_ skins are available, many produce this error.

This is with IE6 on XP.
