For the past 2 days I have been getting the message "The Library is down for a moment while we perform some server maintenance." does any 1 know why? >

Because they're performing server maintenance, so the library is down. Sorry to say but don't you think that message is quite a bit self-explanatory?

Also you could avoid the problem by moving up from citizen, level 3 and up have dedicated servers.....

I get this message always! And it really sucks! Im trying know for two days to get the right icons but every five minutes this mistake cames!

You're on a secondary server with a very high load.

The solution is to subscribe.....faster, dedicated access...
