hey i had subscribed on sep/8/04 and it wont let me download stuff from this website and i tried to cross refrance my account to level 5 which is a wincostomize subscriber and plz help me on this because i dont whant to pay 20.00$ if its not working plz email me back and help me fix this problem thx

I think the only level 5 in WC is held by Frogboy.

The highest level is 4.
If you have problem with the account, your best bet is to contact an admin or T-Man.
You can get their emails from the About section on your left.
