Customized cursor?

Okay, here's the thing. I have this cursor that is only accessable through cursor mania which happens to install this annoying little searchbar that I just don't want on my computer. And as soon as I uninstall the toolbar, the cursor goes corrupt.
Anyways, I came across the CursorXP thing, and it looks pretty cool. I thought I'd be able to make my own cursor. I had taken a screenshot of my favorite cursor, I just need to make some parts transparent. I came across this other thing where I COULD make my own cursors, unfortunately they came out gigantic, and I couldn't find anyway to make it smaller.
So I figured I could upload the picture of my favorite cursor on here, and someone could hopefully customize it for me. But obviously I can't. Is there anyway around this? Can anyone help me?
