One question........do you have any of the programs, so you could download?

Did you get a wincustomize subscription or are you on your trial "free" period. If your on your free period then just exactly how are you being ripped off?
Did you purchase any stardock software? If you did then you need to cross reference your account through "edit account" at the top of the page.
Try killing your cookies and temp files.
Try emailing an administration. Email addresses are listed on the left of the page under "about".

2nd question: You recieved an account? From who?

It sounds to me like he signed up "as a user" and went to download but could not.

I am not sure about what may have gone wrong but I will not make any assumptions.

I totally agree with the thread title. It does make it look odd. But then again..............

Well not EVERYONE assumes, and indeed all the ones that have reply the post are asking legit question to find out exactly what is the user's problem and what is he reffering to.

neptune s When you create an account you are given a certain amount of mb to download (50MB) Once you reach this amount you will not be able to download anymore. In order to get unlimited download you will need to purchase either a WinCustomize subscription (2 years worth) or any of the Stardock products eg. WindowBlinds, IconPackager, etc.

If you did made a purchase of any of these items and you are still experiencing problems downloading, you can email Stardock support as NightTrain suggested and they will be more than glad to help you.
