Lisa....I think it's gonna be tough finding something for her
I haven't really seen anything that is "girlish" like that. You can probably find a nice colored WindowBlind for her here and then do a Google search for CareBears wallpaper and icons....I'm sure there's probably something out on the net

Maybe something like Essencay's Clear Blue. Its a pretty slick lookin skin and can be found at this https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=4124
Also, Essorant has a cool theme for sale that has really playful colours in it. Look in the "Latest" section at this http://www.essorant.com

I'll do it! But if I'm unable to get my daughter away from the computer afterwards, you'll be hearing from me.
But where does this fall under the copyright rules. If I'm thinking correctly, it would instantly be rejected and I wouldn't even be allowed to send it to the Lisa Amerson without violating some sort of law? If this is correct, then no I will not do it and Lisa please contact me via email. Not that I'll do it, just sayin'...

FM.....if you stay away from cut-n-paste of copyrighted images, you have too much talent so that's not really an issue, you could do one. Xav's Hitman 2 theme is a good example of a theme that is fan-art.

I guess it's up to interpretation since I see Xav's skin as violating intellectual property rights. It's definitely a top ten skin, and if he drew Agent 47, 77, 8675309 or whatever his name is, then I stand corrected. But it seems like the images, logos, etc were used from their original source. I guess my question is, where is the line drawn between fan-art and copyright violations.
The way I'm handling that issue is, the skin itself will have elements that I create that are similar in theme to lil' Grumpy Bear but he won't actually be in it. Instead, I'll have the user supply a wallpaper that will fit in theme with the skin. That way I can still be narcissistic and upload it here to WC without even hitting the gray area.
Thanks for the compliment, by the way. I guess close to a decade of designing websites is paying off! Not in the job market though...
