Logon screen question

Is there a way to make logon screens using JPG or GIF? I've got several images I'd like to use, but converting them to bitmap ruins them! I'm using Logon Studio at the moment, but if there's another program that allows JPG or GIF please let me know.

How exactly would converting something to Bitmap ruin it? As it is a compressionless format. Should probably try a different program to convert them in, or possible you have a low color setting ed for bitmaps when you save.

Ummmm...oops...I think my brain wasn't awake yet! I completely forgot to change the conversion settings! Don't mind me I was obviously having a blonde moment.
