explorer replacements?

Anyone know of any good explorer replacements, maybe something similer to the Mac Finder? Quick searching is a huge plus I'm looking for. Thank in advanced.

This is a program called Nexplorer which emulates the MAC Finder and is skinnable.

I tried out the NexPlorer, and It seems to actually take all your files and use them in the program because when I went to delete a file or directory, it said that it was in use by another program. This program also didn't remember my settings of how I wanted to view it. Is there anything better out there that is closer to the Mac Finder and will also affect my "Browse for file..." windows?

I don't know about Mac Finder, but Powerdesk is pretty good.
