http://www.xpthemes.com/ They've got some of my skins and I know for a fact I haven't given them permission. Funny thing is, my work there has the same number of downloads as it does on wincustomize.

Anyone know anything about this?

I believe it is also a Stardock website. Kind of like a scaled down version of Wincustomize.

Maybe because IT IS wincustomize on a smaller scale? No one is getting ripped. Like I said, XPthemes is owned and operated by Stardock as well.

It's an alternate 'newbie-friendly' front end to the same Wincustomize database.....definitely not an issue of 'ripping, etc'....
