What do you people think about this statement

This is the response from this user after a comment that the images used for his skin were copied from the Xara Menu Maker program. The skin name is Gray Crescent.
Not only is he admiting that he used the images with out permission, but he is also stating that he owns illegal copies of Stardock products as well as Xara programs.
You'll be the judge.
