Do you have the full registered Version of Windowblinds 4 ? Thats the only suggestion I could give for the scrollbars.

Ivory was made before shellstyle support beleive.

Ohhh nice i installed WB enhaded 4.2 n the scrollbars changed, and that lines in start menu dissapeared tyvm

but i still wanna change that blue color inside the folders but dont know how to do it

kazamak, as ^^Gabriel well said, this is an old skin, I guess it have over 2 years old and at that point we couldn't skin the shellstyles.
