Bug: Ship info popup blocks large area of screen when zooming camera in

Hello, I really love this game. I ran into this issue while playing the new‑DLC content, and it negatively affects my gameplay experience, so I’m submitting this feedback. I hope this can be improved in a future update. A big thank‑you to all the developers for bringing us such an excellent game. Great work and appreciate all your hard work!

Bug Description: After selecting a ship to bring up its detail info popup, I scroll the mouse wheel forward to zoom the camera in close. The info popup does not re‑position dynamically with camera zoom. Not only does it block the ship model itself, the panel also covers a large portion of the screen, obscuring surrounding units and battlefield scenery. This makes close‑up viewing and situational observation difficult. Zooming out works correctly. This issue only occurs when zooming camera in toward the ship.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select any ship in‑game to open its detail popup panel.
2. Scroll mouse wheel forward to zoom camera in close to the ship.
3. The static popup panel covers the ship and large parts of surrounding game view.
