Customize Explore Menu

I have a current Wincustomize Sub, but I cannot customize the menu in the explore menu like I used to be able to. Anyone know why?

I'm having the same issue. This happened once before and it got fixed. Hopefully this will bring it to the attention of someone who can do something about it.
