Upgrade to Pro on Clairvoyance and I am instantly out of tokens?

As soon as i upgrades it immediatly won't run OpenAPI

 Error: You have no credits remaining. Add credits to continue using the API at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/. 

What is the point of upgrading then?
