Connections thinks I'm running something other than win 10 or 11

Throws error code 101

According to Windows 11 I'm running Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 26H2. But Connections Explorer reports that I've failed to meet the minimum requirement of running WIndows 10 or 11.

Any ideas?
