Concern over PERMANENT licences

With the recent rise in "PERMANENT" licences being made invalid by certain publishers in favor of subscriptions, I have to ask: can the stardock team warrant that our purchased permanent licences will remain perpetual?

I'm sure other users have thought about this, so I hope you won't dismiss my concern as a +10 year user of your software products

Hello,

From what I understand, the license is indeed permanent. I can confirm this myself, as my oldest Stardock license from 2014 still works today.

However, please note that a permanent license applies only to the version you purchase. For example, if you buy Fences 6 now, your key will remain valid for all Fences 6.x updates going forward. It will not, however, activate Fences 7 when that version is released in the future.
